This unique single-story home is located on a tree-lined street, only three blocks to Snow Summit Resort, and within walking distance to the Village and the lake for all year-round activities. Enjoy the convenience of a single-level home with no steps to climb, all bedrooms on one level, and a walk-in shower!
The home is tastefully decorated with updated furnishings and brand-new mattresses for your enjoyment and comfort. A great option for guests looking for a home with no stairs
(one small step into the home and 4 steps to the ground in the backyard from the raised deck).
The hardwood floors open to the spacious great room for entertaining and gathering. Relax in front of the brick fireplace. The kitchen boasts beautiful rustic alder wood kitchen cabinets with one-of-a-kind and unique granite countertops, Verde Wild Sea, that was excavated from the ocean.
All brand new stainless steel appliances. New Whirlpool washer and dryer.
The home features a giant deck for enjoying the outdoors and includes a gas barbeque. Enjoy sipping your morning coffee while watching your kids play in the oversized fully fenced backyard. At night, unwind under the stars and soak in the six-person hot tub after having fun at the slopes.
This newly remodeled home is also equipped with internet, both wireless and wired for quick, uninterrupted connections, a new flat-screen HDTV, and a DVD player.
A new game room was recently completed with cable TV and a brand-new pool table to provide a second entertainment area. (PLEASE DO NOT MOVE THE POOL TABLE! IF THE POOL TABLE IS MOVED, the entire deposit will be forfeited and any amount over that for additional repairs.)

a wide paved walkway, and plenty of convenient parking spaces.

This was our second visit and this cabin is my FAVORITE in all of Big Bear! The home is immaculate and clean and it has literally everything you'd ever need to have a fantastic time. The homeowners have thought of everything! Our family and dog love the huge and beautiful yard and we spent the weekend outside under the gorgeous trees. Can't wait to book this home again for our yearly
Big Bear vacation.
Our stay at Summit Enchantment was amazing. Super clean and it just felt home-ey.. They had it all, from everything a kitchen needs, to all the games you can think of. It's Christmas time and we loved how cute everything was decorated. We did not want to leave. It's definitely a perfect stay for families and I love how they are pet friendly. We're looking forward to returning
in the future.
Great place! Thank you. We loved the game room and kept discovering more games as the weekend went on! The big backyard was perfect for the dogs and thank you for the solid fence that our small runner couldn't get under. The kitchen equipment was well stocked with all needed. We stayed with (4) adults, (2) 19 year old (adults?), a 9 and a 12 year old plus 2 dogs. Cozy and fun.
